How to use your Digi-Card

 

Once your app is created, you will be emailed a link that will allow you to install the app on your device.  (This link will also be available on the Update Card Page.)  Use this link to install the app and follow any additional procedures to allow the app to run.

 

When you open the app you will see your business card.  There is also a menu on the right side.  You can interact with your business card.

 

Touch any of the phone numbers listed and you will be given the option to call that phone number.

Touch the email address and a new email to that email address will be started.

Touch the company logo and you will be taken to the company website.

 

In the menu (on the right) you have many other options.

 

Info This is the Business Description area.  The information you enter in the Business Description box when creating/editing your Digi-Card will appear here.
Share

This menu option allows you to easily share your Digi-Card with others.  When you tap it you are given the option on how you wish to share your Digi-Card. 

is the Facebook option.  When you tap this icon the share information is placed in your clipboard.  Press OK to continue.  You are then taken to Facebook, log in if necessary.  A post has been started, you will need to paste the information from your clipboard into the post, then send and share the information to install your Digi-Card.

 

is the Text option.  When you tap this icon you will need to choose what you want to share in the text (which version, IOS or Android, or which installation instructions.)  Once this selection is made a text has been started with the link information and is ready for you to enter recipients.

 

is the LinkedIn option.  When you tap this icon you will need to choose what you want to share on LinkedIn (which version, IOS or Android, or which installation instructions.)  Once this selection is made you will select LinkedIn from the options and then post.

 

is the Twitter option.  When you tap this icon you will need to choose what you want to share on LinkedIn (which version, IOS or Android, or which installation instructions.)  Once this selection is made a tweet has been started and ready for you to post.

 

is the E-Mail option.  When you tap this icon an email has been started with the link information and is ready for you to enter recipients.

 

is the Instagram option.  When you tap this icon you will need to choose what you want to share on LinkedIn (which version, IOS or Android, or which installation instructions.)  Once this selection is made you will select Instagram from the options and then post.

 

FAQ

This is the Frequently Asked Questions area.  The information you enter in the FAQ box when creating/editing your Digi-Card will appear here.

Get one This will take you to the Digi-Card website.  Here you can find any information you need.  You can also log into your Digi-Card and edit as desired.  Remember, changes to your information can take up to 7 days to appear on your app - double tapping your profile picture will update the information on that device immediately.
Notes This is the Notes section.  This is an area for the user of the app to save any information they want to keep handy.  This is a place they can record notes, account numbers, login/password hints, etc.
Facebook This link takes the user to the Digi-Card owners Facebook account - the link provided by the Digi-Card owner.
LinkedIn This link takes the user to the Digi-Card owners LinkedIn account - the link provided by the Digi-Card owner.
Twitter This link takes the user to the Digi-Card owners Twitter account - the link provided by the Digi-Card owner.
Instagram This link takes the user to the Digi-Card owners Instagram account - the link provided by the Digi-Card owner.
Phone This link allows the user to call the first phone number listed.
Text This link allows the user to text the first phone number listed.
Email This link allows the user to send the owner an email.
Website This link takes the user to the owners website.
Home This link takes the user back to the home page of the app.
